For the second release of this La Coterie-only series, we bring you 2025.2, a blend of 3 of beautiful beers where we bring you white nectarines in a Saison backbone. We blended two oak-aged Missouri Saisons, which had been resting in oak for 5 and 7 months respectively, with our lovely nectarine Missouri wild ale - Smooth. Blended at a ratio of 77% Missouri Saison to 23% Smooth, we bottled this in November to allow it an extended time to develop, soften, and become more expressive before releasing it to you.
